Licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, I have over 20 years of experience in private practice, hospital, nursing home and college counseling settings. My professional experience includes Westwood Lodge Hospital, the University of Miami Counseling Center, The Miami V.A., Newton-Wellesley Psychology, and Commonwealth Psychology Associates (now Lifestance Health.) I earned a Ph.D. from Northeastern University, an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts, and a B.A. from Wellesley College. I specialize in CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy,) have completed training in mind-body medicine through the Benson-Henry Institute/Harvard University, and I regularly attend professional trainings to continue my learning.
